The construction of a seniors’ residence and alternative housing in Abitibi contributes to the MSSS’s goal of creating living environments that reproduce seniors’ lives at home as closely as possible. That goal is visible in the project’s architectural treatment and the way the living spaces are physically arranged. The Abitibi development includes 2 projects, in Rouyn-Noranda and Val-d’Or. The project is being carried out in consortium with the firms ARTCAD and Provencher_Roy_BBBL.
