        MLS Architectes does not sell or rent your personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Certain information may, however, be processed, hosted, or made accessible to service providers when necessary for the operation of our website, our computer systems, our email, or the processing of your requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        These providers may notably include our web hosting provider as well as our IT service providers, email providers, and other technology service providers necessary for the operation of the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        MLS Architectes takes reasonable measures to ensure that information entrusted to its service providers is used only for purposes necessary to the provision of their services and is protected in accordance with applicable requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        MLS Architectes’ website, its database, and its technical logs are hosted in Quebec at an OVHcloud data center located in Beauharnois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The data is also subject to daily backups retained for a period of fourteen (14) days. Backups are stored in a data center located in Toronto, Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        When personal information must be disclosed or processed outside Quebec, MLS Architectes takes the measures required by applicable legislation to ensure adequate protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        MLS Architectes may also disclose personal information when required or authorized by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Cookies and Similar Technologies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Our website may use cookies, as well as other similar technologies necessary for its operation, security, or usage measurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Some cookies may be essential to the proper functioning of the site. Others may notably be used to generate traffic statistics or to improve the visitor experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Where consent is required for the use of a cookie or similar technology, the visitor may accept or refuse its use in accordance with the choices presented to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        MLS Architectes does not use information collected through its website for profiling for advertising purposes or to make automated decisions regarding job applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Information submitted as part of a general request is retained for the period necessary for the processing and follow-up of that request, subject to applicable retention obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Personal information submitted as part of a job application is retained for the duration necessary for the recruitment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            When an application is not selected, MLS Architectes may retain the information and documents submitted, including the resume, for a maximum period of six (6) months following receipt of the application, in order to be able to consider the person for other employment opportunities that may arise during that period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            At the end of this period, personal information related to the application is securely destroyed, unless its retention for a longer period is required or permitted by law or the individual concerned has consented to extended retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            When personal information is no longer necessary, it is securely destroyed or anonymized where permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Security of Personal Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            MLS Architectes applies reasonable security measures to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or modification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            These measures are adapted to the nature and sensitivity of the information concerned and include appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Despite the measures in place, no computer system or transmission of information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. Your Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law, you may, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • request, under the circumstances provided by law, the cessation of dissemination or de-indexing of certain personal information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • request the disclosure of certain computerized personal information in a structured, commonly used technological format where the right to portability provided by law applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              To exercise any of these rights or to submit a question or complaint, please contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information whose contact details appear in Section 1 of this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              To protect the confidentiality of personal information, MLS Architectes may take reasonable measures to verify the identity of the person making a request before disclosing information to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              9. Changes to This Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
